Contrary to rumors, James Conner, the NFL running back for the Arizona Cardinals, has not ended his long-term relationship with girlfriend Sarah Quinn.

Speculation about a potential split emerged in late 2026 when the couple stopped following each other on social media; however, Conner continues to follow Sarah, who has since deactivated her Instagram profile.

Over time, Conner has gradually removed shared photographs from public view, fueling breakup theories, though no official statement has been made regarding the situation.

Unwavering Support Since College

Sarah Quinn, a registered nurse specializing in trauma and burn care, supported Conner during his Hodgkin's lymphoma treatment starting in December 2015.

Conner underwent 12 rounds of chemotherapy before being declared cancer-free on May 23, 2016, just six months post-diagnosis.

After his recovery, Conner rejoined the Pittsburgh Football team, with Sarah cheering alongside him as a fellow cheerleader.

Sarah earned her nursing license in 2017, coinciding with James' third-round NFL draft selection by the Pittsburgh Steelers.

During the pandemic, Sarah worked as a travel nurse, providing frontline care to countless patients before joining the Arizona Cardinals in 2026.

Conner debuted with the Cardinals in 2017 but missed part of his tenure due to an MCL injury. He later played four seasons for the Steelers, accumulating over 2300 rushing yards, before joining Arizona.

Currently in his fifth season, Conner recently renewed his contract through November 30, 2026, securing a two-year, $19 million deal.
