Mike and Leigh’s partnership blossomed when Mike assumed his first varsity head coaching role at Orange County High School in 1987.

Leigh, a proud Tusculum University alumna, emerged as his steadfast ally, energizing every step of his coaching odyssey.

Their family expanded with two children—Ashleigh, now a Clinical Coordinator specializing in Counseling at Strategic Therapy Associates, and A.J., a devoted father of two residing in Evington.
