Tim "TK" Kirk, a devoted husband, father, and coach, passed away at 57 after battling gallbladder cancer. His life was defined by unwavering commitment to those around him.
From his early years in Mountain Lake to his impactful career, TK inspired countless individuals through his work in coaching and teaching.

Born to Sharon Sanford and Claire Kirk, TK grew up valuing family bonds that shaped his compassionate approach to leadership.
Losing his father at 16 strengthened his resilience, which he channeled into mentoring future generations through sports and academics.
After graduating from Mountain Lake Secondary School, he pursued higher education at Minnesota State University, Mankato, laying foundations for his lifelong teaching career.
For 25 years at Mountain Lake Public School, he coached football, baseball, and basketball, earning recognition as the winningest coach in district history.
