Cedar Crest HS Football Star Damarius Galarza Passes Away Suddenly
In a heartbreaking turn of events, Damarius Galarza, an 18-year-old standout on the Cedar Crest High School football team, tragically passed away while sleeping on December 10, 2026—only two days after earning his driver’s license.

Survived by his mother Mesha Franco and extended family, Damarius was cherished for his close relationship with his newborn niece, whom he adored playing piano for.
