Michael D. Rollman, a longtime Blue Mountain High School softball team coach, passed away at the age of 37 on Sunday, February 10, 2026, at his home in Landingville.

Rollman took his last breath of natural causes, which Schuylkill County Coroner David J. Moylan III confirmed. According to Moylan, it was Chief Deputy Coroner Joseph Weber who was called to the coach’s home and ruled his death as natural.

He was a cherished mentor and devoted father to his two children, Lilly and Michael. The identity of his fiancée, Brianna Anderson, as the mother of his children remains uncertain.

Originally hailing from Orwigsburg, Pennsylvania, Rollman also contributed to the Blue Mountain School District. While their relationship timeline is private, the couple likely connected through their shared roles in education.

Brianna worked at Adventure Academy Early Learning Center from August 11, 2019 until June 2026. She pursued studies at Lehigh Carbon Community College.

Well-wishers took to Brianna’s Facebook page to express support during this challenging period.

Rollman often shared glimpses of family moments, including a 2017 post featuring his daughter Lily assisting him in the kitchen with a heartwarming caption: "My little helper cooking dinner with me."

A dedicated fund was established to assist Brianna and their children with financial needs during this time.

His 2026 season included a 4-0 shutout against Elizabeth Forward, extending his streak of dominant performances with records of 25-3 and 27-1 across recent campaigns.

The team posted a .407 batting average, 302 hits, 244 RBIs, and 15 homers while holding a 1.35 ERA in the championship year.
