Eddie Tomlin, Mike's sibling, holds a three-and-a-half-year age advantage and works in marketing and business development. Known affectionately as Mike, Eddie hails from Hampton, Virginia, born March 15, 1972. He currently serves as the head coach of the Pittsburgh Steelers in the NFL.

Since joining the team in 2007, Eddie has guided the Steelers through ten successful playoff campaigns.

At age 36, Tomlin achieved a remarkable Super Bowl victory, marking him among the youngest head coaches to secure such a win. His NFL tenure features an unblemished record over 16 seasons, the longest active streak.

His father, Ed Tomlin, excelled as a collegiate football talent at Hampton Institute.

Tragically, Ed passed away in January 2012 due to cardiac arrest in Ocala, Florida.

Raised by his mother Julia and stepfather Leslie Copeland after his biological father's absence, Eddie grew up alongside his brother Mike. Eddie earned his degree in Behavioral Science and Sociology from the University of Maryland at College Park and now operates as a real estate professional in the state.

Currently, he holds executive roles in marketing and business development at Mpire Technical Group and Ultimaxx Health.

Married to longtime partner Kiya since 1996, Mike met her during his time at William and Mary College. Both shared academic pursuits—Kiya as a gymnast and pre-med student, later focusing on fashion design at the College of Fashion.
