Born on July 25, 1945, in Electra, Texas, to Jimmy and Bobbie Jo Evans, Judy’s journey began in humble beginnings. She attended Mesquite High School before marrying Bobby Milby in Royse City, Texas.
The couple built a life together in Rockwall, raising their two daughters, Tina and Tara, with unwavering commitment and joy.
Deeply involved in the First Baptist Church of Rockwall, Judy served as youth choir director for over three decades—a role that shaped her compassionate spirit.
In her later years, she cherished simple pleasures: gatherings with friends over meals and movies, family vacations to Disney, and quiet moments on the beach with grandchildren.
